Per the Metropolitan Police Dept. in washington DC, do not do any business with Kevin Russ or his company. He is a criminal and thief. He took mine and another customers money ($500.00) and did not finish the service. He kept telling us that he is coming and never show up or answer our calls. He uses several no's and adresses. Just research yourself. So far I HAVE FOUND 5 NUMBERS AND 4 DIFERENT ADDRESSES. He will come off very educated and knowledgeable. This is his way into your house and to scam you of your money. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS INDIVIDUAL.!! This is a real comment, in spite of what Kevin Russ may respond back. The other nice comments he probably wrote them. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS THIEF.
