This lady is a blessing to the Henderson community. She is a graduate from NC State Veterinary School, current in her knowledge of veterinary practice, caring, and takes the time to talk to pet owners.
There are competing practices in the area, but none can hold a candle to Dr. Waters. She is a real person and knows how to communicate effectively with both pet and owner.
