I was told I had 2 appointments at the same time- When I arrived I was told the stylist decided to do some other services with her current client and I would be pushed back 45 min.- no call, nothing. The stylist never came out to apologize or anything. I will give kudos to the gentleman behind the desk trying to cover for the stylist and her poor business decision. He got another stylist for us (we still had to wait 30 min.) and apologized for her unprofessional manner. This is the first bad experience I have had with Veda- not sure I will be back.
