I called Sam becausei saw his reviews on City Search.He answered the phone himself and told me he would be out in 2 hours.He is prompt and very hard working.The home owner i rent from apprently never had the septic tank pumped out.It was completely full of sludge and roots.Sam cut the roots out and ran water from my waterhose to loosen the sludge and with his tool worked the sludge loose and suction it out.A job that should of taken him 10 to 15 minutes to so much longer.Sam did not charge extra and was very pleasant the entire time and explained every thing he was doing.He would not even accept a tip for all this extra work he had to do.He is very honest and a very hard worker.I quite enjoyed his company and would highly recommend him before calling anyone else.sam go above and beyond on his job.THANK YOU SAM.
