We had a great experience shopping here. The people that we dealt with were very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We bought a TV and the 4 year warrenty to go with it. Of course the sales guy made it seem better than it was. He told us if anything was wrong with it they would replace it with the same or something of equal value.
The speakers stopped work just over a year after purchasing the TV. They want to send someone to my house to fix it instead of just replacing it. So i pay almost $2000 and cant use it for a week before someone can come out to fix it. What a waste don't buy their warranty and dont let them talk you up Do your homework first and know what you want when buying.
