I took my elderly and suffering kitty to Dr. Orvok. I knew my fur baby was on the last lap of life. Dr. Orvok listened to me as I explained that I did not want to cause my baby any pain, and that she'd had had a long and spoiled life, but it was time to let go. Dr. Orvok and staff understood and supported my educated decision. The staff was compassionate and gave me the time I needed before, during, and right after the administration of the medications that ended my fur baby's suffering. They didn't rush me, and they knew I loved my kitty. Subsequently, Dr. Orvok sent me a lovely sympathy card, and upon receipt of my fur baby's ashes, they were equally compassionate and kind in presenting the ashes to me in a dignified, respectful manner. True professionals. Keep up the great work!
