ok, so after reading these bad reviews, i was really afraid to go to this store, but i was in a rush and just did. anyway, i got really really good service!! while i was getting my gifts wrapped i also decided to get a key made and both turned out great. when i went to pay i saw a sign that said ""UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT"" so i guess that is why i had such a good experience.
so all in all people, i wouldn't worry about going here now. the ownership has changed...i even got to speak to the new owner and he was a really really nice guy. everyone was really happy to be there and very professional while helping me.
oh ya, and on a second note they have really nice wrapping paper and really really cute decorative boxes that are alternatives to getting stuff wrapped...so i got one too....nice new ideas. :)
