The people at the Jewelry Exchange have been great both times I've been there. First to purchase my wife's engagement ring and wedding band, then to buy her anniversary ring a month ago. They're all very polite and listened to what I was looking for not what they wanted to sell. Answered all of my questions and had the rings sized in a timely manner.
