The staff thinks by putting a smile on their face is "good customer service" their wrong. I was unfairly charged a $20 late fee. Tuition is due on Monday's; however, due to unforseen circumstances my child did not go to daycare on Monday. Tuesday morning the front desk told me that before my child could stay I needed to pay my tuition, although my intention was to pay when I picked him up. I reminded them that we were not there Monday...apparently this does not matter. You are required to pay by close of Monday no matter what; even if you were in the emergency room Monday....if you don't pay your late and a late fee will be accessed. Ask any other daycare a late fee is accessed if tuition is not paid on the date you return.
