Our experience at the Ashby Inn was magnificent! We were married in May 26, 2010 and selected the Ashby Inn for a quiet, cozy dinner We were warmly greeted by Neal and then seated so () could take care of us. She was fabulous! She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the entrees that were on the menu for that evening. Neal helped us select a white wine from Linden Vineyards to start off with and it was divine. He then paired our dinner entrees with a nice red wine also from Linden Vineyards. We chose buffalo crackers and fried pickles as appetizers and they were delectable. Our entrees were the red snapper and the beef loin. I can not even begin to describe how flavorful and just down right savory everything was!
