A threat to society 2/25/2010

This woman Celia has a business practise on 815 Geary St.San Francisco, CA 94109. My concern to the city of San Francisco is that this woman is charging people money having them believe she has the power to help them in matters of love, business, family etc. This woman is charging people money so she can take advantage of Innocent, emotional needy people. Celia is having them pay her money so she can use occult methods to mess with their lives. I feel what Celia and others like her are doing is dangerous as well as a Major threat to society. \r Celia is using occult methods on clients to manipulate them for more money for a service that I feel she is unqualified to do. My question to the city authorities is, for someone to have a licenced business claiming they are spiritual healers would they not have to have a licence through a religious institution. Because I know Celia is using occult methods on clients my concern is I feel Celia does not have the legal right to do what she claims she advertises, and for her to charge people large sums of money for a service and not have legal qualifications would this not be illegal as well a major threat to many Innocent people. \r Celia is using occult methods to manipulate Innocent people for more money, its not in Celia's best interest to help people she seems to be more concerned in acquiring more money from clients. The fact occult methods are being used on Innocent people I'm asking the city authorities to do something about this. Celia is a threat, she says the money she receives from clients go to a secret temple where she does her work. When clients ask where is the location of this temple, or who its superiors are she says its a secret because its sacred. To charge large sums of money for spiritual work and not tell your clients who this temple is operated through, or where this temple is located has me concerned, because I have a feeling this woman is part of a cult. We read stories in the paper and hear stories through the media about these secret organizations that use occult practises on Innocent emotional people luring them into their cult. These cults are a major threat to society, and to have one here in the city does concern me because their are many people who do feel they need spiritual guidance, and will go to a psychic and pay money for a little bit of hope. People like Celia feed off of people emotional victims, and when she has them pay her money for her services, she only continues to take advantage of them and uses her occult practise to have them pay her more money. By using occult methods on clients what Celia is doing is creating psychological issues that hinder the clients psychological well being, after having them in a emotional dependant state she can easily manipulate them for more money or have them lured into her cult. Is what Celia \r doing not against the law as well human rights. To use occult practices on people with out them knowing is very dangerous to their psychological well being and for someone like Celia to do this would she not have to be a qualified psychologist. I don't believe Celia has the educational back ground nor the right qualifications to deal with a persons mental state especially after they have payed her money believing her has the power to help them. This woman is a threat a threat to society, to charge money to use occult methods on Innocent people with out them knowing is illegal especially when people like Celia is not qualified. San Francisco has a high suicide rate and it does concern me knowing people like Celia is using occult methods on people to control their psychological well being. Celia's is operated on 815 Geary St.San Francisco, CA 94109 more
