they charge customers a 19% service charge and their servers only recieve 9% of the gratuity and they have to split it amongst all the servers!!!! they pocket the rest for their greedy selves. im sure all the customers think the servers receive the service charge but they dont, theybust their butts for that place for 5.00 an hour and split 9% of the service charge. its highway robbery, and ive NEVER heard of any other rest. keeping the servers money. so when you go to book your 8,0000 dollar wedding ask how much your server will receive, i can tell u its 400.00 split amongst 8 servers they DO NOT appreciate any one that works for them,
