After our brief experience with our daughter and this center we are horrified they have been open for over 40 years. The center was not prepared for my daughter's first day--she had no crib and no place to put her diaper bag. When I called to check up on her, the office staff told me after checking in she was having a great day. Then my daughter's caregiver than evening said she was crying most of the day, and barely ate or slept. It did not get any better after that first day. There were days I would pick my daughter up and she had diaper rash because they were not changing her diaper regularly enough. I can count on one hand the number of times a caregiver was holding my daughter when I came to pick up. I can't count how many times I walked in on teachers gossiping with each other rather than interacting with the babies. Don't trust your child's care to this center!
