There's a styilst there who is blonde and named cindy. She insulted me, did not do anything I requested for my haircut and kept staring off into space during my haircut. It's like I was getting my haircut by a blowup doll. When I complained to the manager because my hair was nothing like what I wanted, the manager would not offer to fix the problem for free and implied that she stood by her worker, which was offensive to me because I'm one who got bad service. This is a classically bad salon where if you complain, they turn it around on you even though you're the one paying and who didn't get what you wanted. It's weird that places like this exist. I would never recommend this place. I almost called the police because of the harassing phone messages left by the stylist on my machine. No kidding. They wanted me to pay full price for this? Yeah right. I'm so glad I didn't stay.
