Extremely awful customer service and very rude people to deal with - Very long waiting periods to get lenses and frames - The staff will tell you they'll call but never do - Very inept office personnel. I pointed out some issues with the frames and lenses, but was told that they were loosing money on trying to make them right and were unwilling to help me any further. I threatened going to someone else, but that did not seem to phase the person I spoke with. I truly hated my most recent experience with this company; I will never go back there again. Please do not go here; you will regret it.
