Had ARS come out to my house 3 different times to repair a shower head leak that was causing secondary damage, and 3 different times to repair a leak in the plumbing/drain in the guest bathroom. After the first Tech failed to do anything other than shine thier flashlight around and tell me the problem was not in the plumbing... a third Tech (we requested a master plumber) was dispached and was able to locate the leaks, fix the problems, and was friendly and knowledgeable. Mind you, this has taken place over the past 6-8 months and these problems should have been fixed the first time, causing much less damage to my property.

Cons: Inconsistant quality of work.
