A business can do well either by providing good service (or) ripping off their customers. I believe good service is a better option..but hey, no- these people will rip you off and throw you on the street the first chance they get. How do I know? I am not a certified mechanic but I do know a lot about cars. I do know that the people who leave this shop satisfied are those that don't know they've been ripped off.. oh no, I don't blame them for not knowing about cars, they're good at whatever they do.\r
Avoid this shop, go to another firestone or another repair center instead. Check yahoo reviews on this shop, they're pretty bad.
