Capote Cleaners ruined our daughter's silk dress. One was cleaned well and the other identical one was drained of all color and shine. The only answer they had was "We just clean. If your dress is not torn or ripped, we do not view it as damaged." There was zero understanding and now we have a very expensive dress that was worn only once.
I had heard many bad things about Capote's Cleaners, but they wer close by so I gave them a chance. Now I know why I heard about so many issues people had with them.
If you value your clothing items, take them somewhere else.
