I brought four pairs of expensive shoes to be re heeled. The owner was incredibly rude when I picked up the shoes. I had brought them in boxes and the shoes were just thrown in a bag. When I asked him where the boxes were, he got really surly and threw them in the bag. The work was poor to say the least. My son later told me he had shoes repaired there and would never go in again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!. The guy acts like you owe him for going in there.
Cons: Rude, poor work, and worst behavior from an owner I have ever seen.
