Spent $350 on Cold Weather Gear as per their recommendations but nothing worked as promised. I was told by the sales guy that I would have 5 days to return it. My husband was able to try it out on day 4(this was over Christmas) and was unhappy with it. I called to say I was returning the items and was told b/c they had been used- were now unreturnable. HOW DO YOU know what works if you can't try it out??????Their response was TOO BAD!
