Funeral Dir.(loose term)Roland Lopez only compassion was to collect money,never read any other part of contract,as to what color/symbols was on casket.4 first viewing none of caring professionals were around,we had to find them and let them know it was the wrong casket.then from one person to other they pass the buck.never saying sorry,we mess up(Respect/Dedication).After service the mgt.was suppose to talk to us,we had to hunt him down for 1hr 15 min.He gave us the same uncompassion,unprofessional,none Ca ring no respect.and also never saying sorry we mess up.Only go to this funeral home if you dont care how your love ones and family are treated
