This is by far one of the best comedy clubs I've ever been to in the world. It's great that they have created a reputation by having a strong repertoire of comedians that have and do still perform there. I personally have seen some big names there (Hangin' With Mr. Cooper, anyone?). And the security is one of the best things about the place. Unlike SOME NY clubs, this one respects ALL of its customers- not just the obnoxious ones. There is nothing worse than going to a place to enjoy the show and have to tolerate all of the drunk noisy idiots. So yea, if you disrupt the show for others, they will throw you out. Much appreciated, actually. In general, bar far the best place to go for what really feels like an intimate time with some of the best comedians in the world. I go every time I'm in the city, and every time I end up in tears laughing so hard.
Pros: Great Comic Line Up! Great service- wait staff and security! Great venue layout!
