Im trying to plan a birthday party for my daughter. The customer serivce is horrible. I've left message after message and no one has called me back. You never get to talk to a real person. And to top it all off.... how about the phone number showing for the facility.... is disconnected.... Yep the phone is turned off... Now what does that say for service. Guess we'll be looking some where else to have the birthday party.
