customer service issues along with disconnection 9/9/2008

I have been trying to call this facilitym and it is correct the phone number is disconnected. Not that they thought enough to add a message to the disconnection, it doesnt even give a number for re-direction. that is truly horrible you have to drive by to get any contact with anyone that is horrible....... more

Customer Service needed 9/3/2008

Im trying to plan a birthday party for my daughter. The customer serivce is horrible. I've left message after message and no one has called me back. You never get to talk to a real person. And to top it all off.... how about the phone number showing for the facility.... is disconnected.... Yep the phone is turned off... Now what does that say for service. Guess we'll be looking some where else to have the birthday party. more
