This is possibly the worse sushi restaurant in Dallas. The food is good enough, but the service is straight out of a small family owned Vietnamese restaurant where they only have one waitress who is also the dishwasher, and when you go in, the extended family of the owner is always hanging out in a corner with their 5 small children. The guy next to you at the sushi bar is also one of the cooks, and inbetween eating his dinner, he is taking your order and jumping up and down to help you. We've all had the experience. You know what I'm talking about. By the end of my meal, I could tell that ""The Fish"" was indeed run by some unprofessional people who weren't quite ready to take on the type of upscale sushi bar in Uptown Dallas.
