I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and the place is under new management. Since they've taken over the prices have gone up and the service has deteriorated.
Today the short lady in the white outfit hopped in my NEW car saying, "I know how to drive a stick." Before I walked three steps she slammed the car into the cement parking marker and couldn't figure out how to get the car in reverse.
When I demanded that she get out of the car she said," I know what I'm doing, it's fine."
She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for her mistake.
If you have a nice car, especially a German one, beware! She may damage your car and then tell you that everything is fine.
