My first visit to Madison dental was for a regular cleaning. I thought the office looked a little dirty and run down, but the dentist was nice enough so I returned for two fillings. After the first filling my dentist said to me, 'As you'll notice, your dentist is a perfectionist."" My next cavity filling was a week later. The dentist was running late and I waited an hour to see him. He had some excuse while he rushed through the filling. For the next few weeks my tooth was very painful. Since he said to call if I had any problems, I called. After some arguing, I managed to get an appointment. They ended up charging me! I thought that he was a 'perfectionist.' They charged my insurance company, that should have been enough for them. I explained this to them, but they would not absorb the cost. Because of their greedy ways I am taking my teeth and all my friends' teeth elsewhere.
