This showroom does have a large selection of fixtures, however, most must be ordered. It took me two days and two trips to the store to get the clerk to actually place my order with the manufacturer. I was called when my order arrived, but when I went to pick it up, only half the order was there. I had to call back repeatedly to find out when the rest of the order would arrive because no one there could be relied upon to notify me. When I needed replacement parts, the manufacturer said I would have to replace thru the retailer. One competent clerk was able to order the parts, but no one ever called to say they had arrived. After five weeks of waiting, I called to check on the parts. It took over half an hour for the clerk to find my order. Then she said she had to check with the manufacturer and would call me back. Ten days later she had never called back. I called again and this time no one could find a record of the order. I was told they would call back. I am still waiting. Its really too bad their customer service is so very poor because they do have a good selection of fixtures...you just can't buy them there! Pros: Many fixture to look at Cons: Misplace orders, absolutely NO Customer service more
