From the top! We just happened upon this place while cruising out of China Town into Little Italy. The inside is pure retro! Service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant is located on a corner so we sat near a window to people watch. We ordered off the lunch menu - meatball sub (it could easily feed 2) and fried shrimp with pasta sauce. Both dishes were fresh and satisfying. Bread with a flavored olive oil was brought before the meal ? the best we had during our 7-day trip. Even the Parmesan cheese in the shaker on the table was fresh. At the end of our meal, our waiter brought out a tray that held at least a dozen tasty looking treats. Had I seen the desert tray I might have just skipped the lunch course!\r
From tarts, to rich chocolate cake, and to traditional cheesecake. They even had 2 flavors of sherbet an orange and lemon, each served inside a cored out orange or lemon! That was a yummy delight and treat! \r
