Reserved a mid-size truck for an in-town move, U-Haul reversed reservation date numbers so truck was not available and not only refused to take responsibility for the mistake, local manager Andy Froberg whose name was attached as the sales person was extremely rude and belligerent. Said it wasn't his problem and he had no vehicles to rent us. Because we were in such a bind (we were supposed to begin moving the next morning), we begged for any vehicle available to use at which point Mr Froberg became personally insulting and though he did rent us a vehicle he jacked the price up and continued to make disparaging comments throughout the process. Absolutely stay away from this business, I have NEVER experienced such miserable treatment or poor customer service in my life.
