Oh my! The employees at Sally's are all grouchy and very very unfriendly. As much as I smiled, they frowned and scowled. I told one particular woman that I had smiled like crazy at her and all she was doing was frowning at me and her response was, "I have had a headache all day." I told her she probably had a headache because of her attitude. I also made it very clear that I would never shop there again and make sure that I told all my friends how rude they were. I took my Bernina Sewing machine in for repair and the one mean lady kept telling me everything I was doing wrong to it as a seamstress. I clarified that I was no seamstress and that I used it on occasion to make Halloween costumes once every three years. She insisted that it needed a 'tune up' because of how I had been neglecting it. Okay. She was the expert...the mean, grouchy expert. SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS LATER!!!! what? I asked for a itemized list of what had been done to my machine to warrant charging me $65. The grouchy lady today said "it says right here, oil, adjustment, and cleaning." Wow, how was I going to explain that to my husband when it is half that price to get my $40,000. car cleaned, oiled and adjusted?! Those women are all mean. I would much rather spend my money at JoAnne's where the shopping is friendly and customers are happy! How do those women at Sally's keep any customers? I certainly won't go back and I will keep any and all from going there. THEY ARE MEAN AND GROUCHY!
