Two business associates and I ate at the Efrain's location in east Boulder. It was crowed but we managed to find a table before the lunch rush. Wait staff was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately - the food side fell short - really short. I wouldn't consider this authentic Mexican food or anywhere close. I 've had the pleasure of eating at many Mexican restuarants over the years and this has to be some of the worst food I've ever eaten. The plates were scalding hot and all of our food was basically a soupy goop of beans, rice and a weak version of green ""something"". Taco Bell has nothing to worry about.
