Do NOT waste your time with this furniture store. Truthfully, I never post comments about any of my bad experience with stores, restaurants and etc., but this furniture store put me over the top with anger and frustration. I had bought two sofas from them; understandably they did not have it in inventory ? and they were to be shipped from the warehouse in LA. I was told that they should arrive within two weeks, however when they did arrive, they were not the sofas I had originally ordered. They did look like the ones I ordered, but the fabric was different ? hence the product number did not match the invoice. I quickly reported this to the store and they said that we could use the sofas for the time being until the correct sofas arrived. Two weeks passed, then three weeks and so on. During this time ? I continually called them to check the arrival of my sofas and they kept saying ?next week.? From the time I put in the order for my sofas, I waited for about two months to get them (which never did come in). With the frustration, I wanted my refund. Talk about bad customer service, it took them another three weeks to process this. Refund is not a very difficult process. Simply pick up the wrong sofas from my house and issue me a check. However, it appeared that the ?boss? was never available to signoff on the check. I think they have cash flow problem. Apparently, there was another customer that was going though the same ordeal as I was as I overheard him complain about his order. Pros: They are GREAT liars. Cons: They are liars. more
