After research, I utilized this company to move and store my home. Unfortunately this company cannot account for a large piece of furniture after being stored at their facility for a few years. I was fooled by this company's ""family owned and operated"" rhetoric. I find it frustrating that even paying a storage insurance that the outcome is minimal, the outcome speaks volumes of this company character and statement of ""trust our storage facilities"". If that were the case, all of my belongings would be accounted for, and this would be a different review.
