went to Bridals by Sandra last year for a bridesmaids dress for a friend's wedding and had a good experience. this led me to believe that i should go to Sandra's for my own wedding and bridesmaids -BIG MISTAKE. picking out my dress wasn't a problem--it was everything else that comes after you buy the dress.
Pros: selection of dresses ok. ordering time from some manufacturers is faster than online ordering.
Cons: Management thinks you're an idiot. Alteration turnaround 1month or longer; poor reception area (only 2 seats); rude management
