I had 24 hrs to my daughter's senior prom. i had bought her dress at an upscale bridal store here in concord and paid them to do the alterations. Well after 3 fittings and less then 24 hrs to my daughter's prom. They screwed up her dress for the third time. I left with my daughter in tears that she was not going to be able to go to prom because of her dress being a train wreck and such little time before prom.Being a Friday. I searched here and found Union Cleaners. They looked at my daughter's dress and fixed everything wrong with it, that the upscale shop messed up and at a significantly lower cost. . They did this and made sure my daughter's dress was done in time for her prom. The work they did was awesome and they really were understanding and promised they would have it done and did it. If it was not for them her senior prom would have been a mess. I highly recommend them to everyone. They helped us in a tremendous way with a very short time frame to do so.
Pros: They are very detailed, great alterations, and friendly
Cons: I can not say anything bad about them
