The Hotel Bel Air is a delight. I'm like a kid waiting for Santa Claus when I get to eat here! The food is divine. You will never taste a better fois gras...the meat is quality beyond quality.....THE SERVICE! Impeccable wine list and desserts that you will dream about. The ambience transports one into the secret garden.If I had to choose a restaurant that I could eat at eternally....Hotel Bel Air is it!
