I have taken my pet to Dr. Thomas office on several occasions and this past Friday was the worst. My spouse had to take our pet for his annual visit. Upon their arrival my spouse was told Dr. Thomas was still at Sam's Club and was running behind, well needless to say she was an hour and a half behind and there were patients waiting for her. My spouse left and came back an hour and a half later to be seen by Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas did not apologize herself, her receptionist did but when the assistant came in to handle our pet, who by the way was very very nervous, she just grabbed the pet from my spouse and they began to issue the shots. Needless to say this has ruined our perception of the office. We will not be using this clinic again. This leads to another dilemma being they did not keep proper records of our pet so we will piece together all of the receipts we have maintained on our own.
