I used Chisolm McDonald as a personal trainer for over 5 months combined. Hes relaxed, cool, but tough. He knows your fitness level and how to push you without making you uncomfortable. If you live anywhere close to the galleria (west loop) area, I recommend you check it out. The only draw-back is the $50/mo gym membership, but if you live nearby you can use the facility as much as you want. *Get a buddy and go see Chisolm!
