I went to Avalon to have my hair and makeup done for my wedding this past summer. this was my first visit there....and i promise you, i will be back! from the moment i booked my consultation to my wedding day, my experience was incredible. the receptionist and people booking all of the appointments for myself and my 3 bridesmaids and mother were friendly and answered all of my questions. i had my consultation with angela - and just felt very safe and knew that my hair would look wonderful on my wedding day...that she would make me look beautiful. my bridesmaids very also very happy with their hair (as was i). i would recommend that ANY girl who is getting married - go to Avalon....you can trust that you will look beautiful on your big day!
Pros: awesome staff - great location in highland park. warm atmosphere
Cons: parking can be a little hectic on the weekends around lunch
