I went to March Hare a few years ago to have my makeup done for my sister's wedding. Now, I am getting married and wanted to book the March Hare. I am highly disappointed that after 2 weeks of trying to get hold of someone who handles weddings no one called me back. I tried numerous times, both calling and leaving voice mail and emails. I finally gave up. I have been living out of state for 7 years now and really wanted to book a salon I had been to. A special note to brides and anyone needing a fancy hairdo or makeup application-BOOK EARLY. I still have 3 months until my wedding and most places were not available. Business must be good at this salon that they're just so busy they can't return a call, or they just don't care about prospective clients. I can't image their service would be all that great since they don't have the common sense to call when they say they will and or actually answer their phone (in 2 weeks of trying I only talked to a real person ONCE!).
Pros: how would I know?
Cons: bad/no customer service
