I first went to Import Auto 3 years ago and have had them do numerous repairs on my various vehicles; Honda, VW, and Audi. I trust their opinion and overall I feel I get good quality work. These guys can do anything and are generally pretty quick and are decent about calling if things will take longer. I did have one experience where they didn't tighten the axle nut after doing a CV/half shaft replacement. I was disappointed that they overlooked this and felt it was a safety hazard as I jumped on the beltline after picking up my car, had to call them and have it towed back to import auto, wasted hours of my time, and the best I got out of them was an honest explanation of what happened, not a mouth full of apologies and credit back on the work they did.\r

I still consider this a top notch shop and like to support local business as it seems in this area of town big development is starting to take over. Their prices seem average for what I've done, in some cases lower than others.
