When we want a great meal, or are celebrating someone's birthday, we go to Mingo in Beaverton. I love the Ravioli. The Ravioli changes nightly. My favorite is carmelized onion ravioli with a light cream sauce. The service is great and there is a good wine list. We like the atmosphere, the service and the food. We live in Beaverton and it is nice that we do not have to go to Portland anymore to get good Italian.
