I have been going to this place for about 4 years. These guys are expensive, but I had always felt that the work was damn good (and it actually is) and that the staff were honest. A recent experience, however, has left a real bad taste. I went to these guys to find and fix a specific problem with my car. The type of issue that I had encountered with the car is a tricky problem, so I wasn't suprised when they couldn't find the cause. However, I was surprised to hear about over $2000 worth of work recommended for the car, ranging from the important, potentially dangerous to the mundane. This was surprising since my car had been running extremely well for over 2.5 years. The important repair that I was considering having these guys fix was quoted at well over a thousand dollars for what turned out to be thirty dollar part and half-an-hour worth of labor. So although I still trust the quality of their work, it appears you can't trust the staff.
