I have ordered delivery from Dalt's twice. The first meal was satisfactory but not excellent. I ordered a 2nd time because there weren't many other delivery options available to me at my location. The second order LOOKED good despite being cold. However, two bites into the mashed potatoes I discovered a dark hair that looked like a PUBIC HAIR. I was too grossed out to eat anything else. I called the restaurant and they did not offer any resolution, refund, re-delivery, etc. I will never order from them or eat there again, and I highly question their sanitary standards!!
Cons: Hygiene. Poor response to complaint. Pubic hair in food!
