I have been going to Diadem and the shop overall is very professional... Carol the receptionist is wonderful and the shampoo girls really know how to shampoos. Desi, Angeline are great stylists and knowledgeable about hair. If you are wearing your hair natural, only let Desi or Angeline, and Tiffany press your hair out...the others will burn you.
