We were seeing another vet from Strongsville who told us they think my dog had terminal cancer and they ran some work up and it came back inconclusive. We kept taking them back to the same vet again and again and they kept running expensive tests for three weeks and my dog got sicker and sicker, they would not give me medicine because they said the tests were inconclusive. My dog was very sick one night and we took him to see Doctor Amy and just by looking at him she told us what he had and ran a single work up on him and it diagnosed the dog had lymphoma. She sat down with us and discussed the options and because of the age and the advance stage of the lymphoma we choose to keep the dog comfortable as long as we could, and when he stopped eating I brought him back to Doctor Amy and she helped me put Baxter to sleep for the final time. She followed up with a caring card and the whole staff was wonderful. I have been going to West Park for 2 years now with Baxter?s brother who has arthritis and are seeing Doctor Boris. They do not pressure you on buying expensive medicine and give you all the options you need to make a good decisions on your pets health.
