While they have a great collection of bikes, I was appalled by the lack of customer service. One employee was outwardly rude, telling me not to touch the bikes unless I had someone helping me. Despite being in there for ten minutes, no one asked if I wanted help. I wouldn't even buy a water bottle from them. Give me the Bicycle Station any day, where every customer is treated with respect and given helpful advice.
