I called him to re-key three doors on our rental. He was at the house for a very long time working on the front door. After he left, I found that the front door lock was broken and I could not lock the door from the inside. When I called to ask him to fix the situation, he said there was nothing he could do. The lock WORKED before he came. The lock was BROKEN after he came and I ended up paying $99.50 for getting three doors re-keyed. I got screwed!
This man has very poor communication skills and very bad customer service.
