Typhoon is one of my favorite restaurants in the Boston area because of it's mix of good pan-Asian food, ambience and service. The sushi menu is great, with everything described in detail. You can order your own personal combination of items off the menu, or get one of their many sushi boat combos. The fusion food is also quite excellent, and they even have a vegetarian section of the menu. The ambience is great, and Typhoon's hours are an added bonus for those late-night cravings for sushi. The service is also excellent and the staff are particularly polite and helpful. It's usually best to make a reservation if you plan on eating after 8:00 on the weekends.
